Dr. Maya Rao
Physio / Rehab · Movement specialist

Restore the rhythm of movement.

A physiotherapy and rehabilitation professional focused on helping people move with more confidence after injury, surgery, pain or performance setbacks.

01 Assess → understand
02 Rebuild → progress
03 Return → move well
01 · The practice

Evidence-led care with a human pace.

Rehabilitation is not a straight line. My work turns assessment, exercise and education into a clear progression people can actually own.

I combine clinical reasoning with progressive movement so each plan has a purpose: reduce barriers, restore capacity and build confidence for the demands that matter to the person in front of me.

Whether the goal is returning to daily life, rebuilding after surgery or getting back to sport, sessions are structured around measurable progress rather than one-size-fits-all routines.
