Dance Instructor · Movement & Performance

Move like
you mean it.

I build confident dancers through rhythm, musicality and expressive technique, from first counts to stage-ready performance.

RHYTHM FIRST ✦
FEEL THE BEAT
01 / The rhythm

A class should
feel alive.

My teaching blends clear technique with permission to experiment, so dancers leave with more than choreography: they leave with presence.

I teach contemporary, jazz-funk and commercial movement with an emphasis on musicality, clean foundations and expressive choices. Every room gets a different rhythm, because every dancer does too.

02 / The craft

Four ways
I build movement.

Each session has a purpose, from making the first eight counts click to shaping the final performance detail.

A / 01

Foundation

Alignment, control, lines and weight transfer that make movement feel effortless.

B / 02

Musicality

Learn to hear accents, textures and phrasing, then turn sound into physical choices.

C / 03

Choreography

Original routines built around intention, transitions, dynamics and memorable moments.

D / 04

Performance

Stage presence, confidence and storytelling coaching for showcases, auditions and live work.

03 / Selected sessions

Work that
keeps moving.

A few examples of the formats I love teaching, choreographing and directing.

01 · Studio intensive3 hrs

Pulse & Presence

A high-energy commercial class that moves from groove drills into a performance-ready routine with layered musical accents.

02 · Creative lab90 min

Soft Shapes

Contemporary exploration of flow, breath, floorwork and transitions.

“The best thing about the class was feeling like I could finally hear the music with my whole body.”
